今年5月底，福建省榕圣市政工程股份有限公司（市城乡建总）以底价12.24亿元竞得宗地2022-22号东升旧厂房出让地块二，平均楼面价15542元/㎡，商品住宅销售指导均价为29500元/㎡。

地块位于仓山区东园路东侧、北园路北侧，面积59.06亩，住宅、商业用地。容积率2.0以下，限高50米。根据出让要求，须回购4000㎡商贸楼以及不低于1300㎡的社区综合服务中心（含长者食堂）1处。

自竞得地块以来，福建榕圣市政公司高度重视。拿地6天内，该项目便完成出让合同签订、火速备案，拿地3个月内顺利取得项目建筑工程施工许可证（桩基工程）。
