地块位于仓山区东园路东侧、北园路北侧,面积59.06亩,住宅、商业用地。容积率2.0以下,限高50米。根据出让要求,须回购4000㎡商贸楼以及不低于1300㎡的社区综合服务中心(含长者食堂)1处。
