The project creates a high-end community with its scarce city-centre status, all-round supporting matrix and quality product power, while giving a unique artistic context to the architecture. Among them, the facade integrates a series of Sanya marine style and Hainan Li elements, through clever design and detailing, distinctly interpreting regional cultural characteristics, for example:

- The design draws inspiration from the dynamic imagery of seabirds spreading their wings, and abstracts the flying shape as a design element applied to the building;

- In terms of colour, the three colours of the ocean are extracted - ocean blue, beach gold and wave white;

- In terms of details, the weaving elements of Li ethnicity are interpreted, and the decorative grille is carved through hollowing out to form a weaving texture.
